Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchases at Biker Forward. However, if you want to return an item, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Return Process

1. Please Send an Email to contact@bikerforward.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.

2. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you the return request.

3. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you a the return instructions.

4. Please pack all the returned items securely, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. 

5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 

6. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.

7. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days.

Refund Policy

1. If you return because you receive damaged product, we will issue full refund including shipping cost.

2. If you return based on other reason than damaged goods, we will refund you the product price but we will not cover the shipping fee. 

3. We will also charge 15% of the sales price as the restocking fee.

4. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days.

Exchange Policy

1. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

2. Please Send an Email to contact@bikerforward.com titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your exchange.

3. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you the exchange item you want. 

4. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you the exchange instructions. 

5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 

6. Once all the above steps completes, we will ship out the replacement package.

7. We cover all the shipping & restocking fee incurred during exchange.

Return & Exchange For All International Customers (Outside US)

1. All Return & Exchange Process is similar with Process in US. You need to contact the local shipping company yourself and provide us with your tracking number. 

2. We have warehouses in Canada, Australia, UK, France and Germany. Therefore customers in those 5 locations are eligible for return. We do not provide return service to international customers outside of these 5 locations.
